DEL MAR, California – Actor and fitness model Alec Musser has passed away at the age of 50, according to his fiancée Paige Press. Musser was best known for his role as Del Henry on the ABC soap opera “All My Children.” The cause of his death has not been confirmed.
Musser’s fiancée announced the sad news on Instagram, writing, “RIP to the love of my life. I will never stop loving you. My heart is broken.” She also confirmed that Musser died on Saturday, January 13, 2024.
Musser rose to fame after winning SOAPnet’s reality TV contest “I Wanna Be a Soap Star” and taking over the role of Del Henry on “All My Children” in 2005. He exited the show in 2007. He also had roles in TV shows such as “Rita Rocks,” “Grown Ups,” and “Road to the Altar.” His final role was in the last season of “Desperate Housewives” in 2011.
Aside from his acting career, Musser was also a fitness model, being described by his fiancée as “the best model @abercrombie ever had.”
