Actor Alleges Mia Goth Kicked Him in Head During ‘MaXXXine’ Filming

LOS ANGELES, CA – Actor Mia Goth is facing a lawsuit filed by a fellow actor who alleges that she kicked him in the head on the set of her upcoming film, “MaXXXine.” The plaintiff, James Hunter, also accuses Goth, as well as the production company A24 and the film’s director Ti West, of wrongful termination. The incident reportedly occurred after Hunter complained to the second assistant director about Goth nearly stepping on him during a previous take.

According to the lawsuit, Goth deliberately kicked Hunter in the head as an act of retaliation. Additionally, Hunter claims that Goth taunted and belittled him in the bathroom after filming the scene. The lawsuit also states that Hunter felt lightheaded and had to pull over twice on his way home from the shoot, and was subsequently told by the casting agency not to return for the remaining two days of filming.

BuzzFeed has reached out to Goth’s representatives for comment on the matter.
