Bollywood Stars Arrive in Ayodhya for Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha Ceremony

AYODHYA, India — Bollywood celebrities have begun arriving in Ayodhya to participate in the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla, the deity of Lord Ram. Early in the morning, actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were spotted at Mumbai’s private airport, along with film director Rohit Shetty. Other stars, such as Madhuri Dixit, Ayushmann Khurrana, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, and Jackie Shroff, are also on their way to Ayodhya.

Alia Bhatt looked elegant in a teal-colored saree and shawl, while Ranbir Kapoor wore a white kurta with a matching dhoti and beige shawl. The couple posed for the cameras before making their way into the airport terminal. Madhuri Dixit arrived in a yellow saree, accompanied by her husband, Dr. Shriram Nene, and briefly greeted the paparazzi.

Ayushmann Khurrana, who received an official invitation for the event, arrived at the Kalina airport wearing a traditional kurta and pyjamas, complete with a vest, scarf, and sunglasses. Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif dazzled in a golden saree, while Vicky Kaushal opted for a sherwani. Jackie Shroff promoted tree planting by posing with a plant and also took part in a cleanliness drive at a Ram Mandir in Mumbai.

Several other celebrities, including Rajinikanth, Danush, Madhur Bhandarkar, Anupam Kher, Kangana Ranaut, Shefali Shah, Anu Malik, and Sonu Nigam, have already arrived in Ayodhya, according to ANI news agency. They will join Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is scheduled to address the gathering following the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.

The Pran Pratishtha ceremony is set to commence at 12:20 pm and is expected to conclude by 1 pm. The ceremony is a significant event as it signifies the consecration of the deity, Ram Lalla, at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

As celebrities continue to arrive, the anticipation and excitement surrounding the event are growing.
