LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – Bravo has just announced a new series that will take viewers from the glitz and glamour of bottle service to the challenges of parenthood. “The Valley,” set in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, will feature former “Vanderpump Rules” stars Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, and Jax Taylor, according to Bravo representatives.
The show will follow the lives of five couples as they navigate the complexities of business, family, and adulthood. Jax and Brittany, who tied the knot in June 2019 and welcomed a baby boy named Cruz in April 2021, will open up about their experiences as new parents. Kristen and her boyfriend Luke Broderick will also share their journey, including their aspirations of starting a family while managing multiple businesses alongside caring for their three dogs.
Joining them on the show are new cast members Danny and Nia Booko, Jason and Janet Caperna, and Jesse and Michelle Lally. As friends of the main cast, they share the same challenges of parenthood while working to maintain their friendships and build a supportive community.
The announcement of “The Valley” comes months after rumors of a “Vanderpump Rules” spinoff began circulating. Jax, Brittany, and Kristen had all returned to the franchise for a recap series called “Watch With Brittany Cartwright & Jax Taylor” on Peacock. However, their comeback came after Kristen’s exit from the original show due to past racist actions, alongside former cast member Stassi Schroeder, in June 2020.
Jax and Brittany had hinted at their potential return to television in March, revealing that they were working on a new project. They had previously starred in “Vanderpump Rules: Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky,” a one-season show that followed the couple to Brittany’s home state.
“The Valley” is set to premiere on Bravo in the spring, offering a glimpse into the lives of these reality TV stars-turned-parents as they navigate the trials and triumphs of life in the San Fernando Valley. As fans eagerly await the premiere, they can catch the new season of “Vanderpump Rules” starting on January 30.
