LOS ANGELES — Actress Emma Stone’s home in the Comstock Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles is now on the market for just under $4 million. The Spanish-style residence, built in the 1920s, encompasses 3,276 square feet and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Described as a “mini compound,” the home offers privacy with its gated entrance and has undergone recent renovations. Additionally, a new guesthouse has been added to the property.
The front and backyard of Stone’s former residence are well-tended, contributing to the charm of the property. The home boasts a colorful interior, with accented teal front door, a matching gate, and vibrant, printed wallpaper throughout.
According to reports, Stone frequently stayed at the Los Angeles home during her visits to the city. She purchased the property in 2019 for $2.3 million and has since acquired other properties, including a home in Austin, Texas, and an apartment in Manhattan, New York City. In 2022, Stone also sold her Malibu home for $4.425 million.
Eric Lavey, a representative from Sotheby’s International Realty, commented on the Los Angeles housing market, stating that the sub-$5 million category in desirable locations like L.A. tends to sell quickly.
In addition to her real estate ventures, Stone recently achieved success at the Golden Globe Awards, where she won Best Actress for her role in the film “Poor Things.” The movie, in which Stone portrayed Bella Baxter, premiered at the Venice Film Festival and was released in the United States on December 8.
During the Golden Globe Awards, Stone’s longtime friend Taylor Swift was seen enthusiastically supporting her from their shared table. When asked about Swift’s loud cheers, Stone jokingly responded, “What an a–hole, am I right?” She expressed her gratitude for Swift’s presence and noted that their friendship, along with fellow actress Selena Gomez, has remained steadfast throughout the years.
Swift and Stone have been friends since meeting in 2008, maintaining a strong bond even as their lives have changed. The two have emphasized the importance of trust and friendship in their respective careers.
With her Los Angeles home now on the market, Stone continues to make headlines both for her real estate ventures and her noteworthy performances on the silver screen.
