Exclusive: Courtney Clenney Parents Released from Jail on Bond, Must Surrender in March

Austin, Texas – Courtney Clenney’s parents have been released from jail on bond after being arrested on a warrant out of Florida. However, their legal troubles are far from over as they are required to surrender themselves to authorities in Miami by or before March 1st. The warrant that led to their arrest is still active.

According to sources with direct knowledge, Kim and Deborah Clenney were able to secure their release after their legal team made a case in front of a judge. The couple is back home in Austin now.

When the Clenneys eventually surrender, they will have to post another bond of about $5,000 to be released again. Despite the charges against them, it appears that they will be able to secure their freedom as they fight their case.

Prosecutors in Miami allege that the Clenneys illegally accessed a computer that belonged to Courtney’s deceased boyfriend, Christian. Law enforcement officials have been monitoring the Clenneys and their alleged communication about the laptop.

In a previous interview, the Clenneys acknowledged that they knew their communications were being recorded and that law enforcement was keeping tabs on them. They strongly believe that they didn’t do anything wrong, but the court will ultimately determine the outcome of their case.

Courtney Clenney herself is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday for a hearing. She will also be arraigned again on the computer charges. The Clenneys maintain their innocence and intend to fight the allegations against them.

The situation continues to unfold, and more details will emerge as the legal proceedings progress.
