Lauren Sanchez Hails Prince Harry and John Travolta at Aviation Awards

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) — Lauren Sánchez, the fiancée of Jeff Bezos, expressed admiration for Prince Harry and John Travolta after attending the 21st Annual Living Legends of Aviation awards ceremony on Friday night. In an Instagram post on Saturday, the former “Extra” host shared a black-and-white photo of herself, Bezos, Travolta, and the Duke of Sussex together backstage during the event, expressing her honor to be in the presence of aviation legends who have shaped the history and future of flight.

Sanchez, who was presented with the Elling Halvorson Vertical Flight Hall of Fame Award at the event, is a helicopter pilot and aviation businesswoman. She owns her own aviation filming company, Black Ops Aviation, which she founded in 2016. The 54-year-old TV personality wore a strapless black gown with elbow-length black gloves and showcased her 20-carat engagement ring from Bezos.

Travolta presented Harry with the “living legend of aviation award” during the ceremony. Harry, without his wife Meghan Markle, reminisced about a time when Travolta danced with his late mother, Princess Diana, at the White House in 1985.

Sanchez praised both Prince Harry and John Travolta for their contributions to the aviation industry. She expressed her gratitude for receiving the award and stated that it was only a matter of time before another woman would be inducted into the organization.

Overall, it was a memorable evening for Sanchez as she celebrated the accomplishments of aviation legends and was honored for her own contributions to the industry. She shared photos from the event on her Instagram, expressing her happiness and appreciation for the beautiful night.
