LOS ANGELES – HBO and Max, both part of Warner Bros. Discovery, are commemorating the 25th anniversary of “The Sopranos” with various events and offerings. HBO has launched a new official Sopranos TikTok account, featuring “Sopranos in :25,” a series of 25-second recaps of all 86 episodes. Additionally, Max has released never-before-seen deleted footage and behind-the-scenes content in the new Sopranos 25th Anniversary collection on their streaming platform. The collection includes 15 deleted scenes, three of which have never been released, and over five hours of featurette content. In celebration of the milestone, select cable partners will offer free episodes of the show on their on-demand platforms, and the first two episodes from Season 1 will be accessible for free on Max’s YouTube channel.
To mark the 25th anniversary on January 10, HBO is hosting a cast reunion and multiple fan experiences, including fan screenings at Alamo Drafthouse.
