The extra alleges that Goth intentionally kicked him in the head during a take, causing him serious pain and a concussion. The extra claims that he had to lay down in the dirt covered in fake blood for several hours as part of a scene. The extra also alleges that no medical assistance was provided on set after the incident. Instead, Goth allegedly approached him in the bathroom and taunted and belittled him. The extra is seeking at least $500,000 in damages for battery and wrongful termination.
In addition to the physical injuries, the extra states that peeling off the blood-stained robe caused him additional pain. He experienced headaches on the drive home and nearly passed out twice during the trip.
