The extra alleges that Goth intentionally kicked him in the head during a take, causing him serious pain and a concussion. The incident occurred while the two were shooting late at night for the film.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the extra is suing Goth, director Ti West, and A24, the production company behind the film. The extra claims that he had to lay down in the dirt covered in fake blood for several hours as part of a scene. During one take, Goth nearly stepped on him and then proceeded to intentionally kick him in the head on the following take.

The extra also alleges that no medical assistance was provided on set after the incident. Instead, Goth allegedly approached him in the bathroom and taunted and belittled him. The extra is seeking at least $500,000 in damages for battery and wrongful termination.

In addition to the physical injuries, the extra states that peeling off the blood-stained robe caused him additional pain. He experienced headaches on the drive home and nearly passed out twice during the trip.

Following the incident, the extra claims he was taken off the production. Goth and her team have not yet responded to the lawsuit.
