The agency stated that in February 2023, Park Min Young cooperated with the prosecution and provided a witness interview regarding the use of her account as a borrowed-name bank account. This process reportedly revealed that the actress was not involved in any illegal activities and did not receive any illegal benefits. Furthermore, Hook Entertainment clarified that the 250 million won was solely Kang Jong Hyun’s use of Park Min Young’s account and was not used for the actress’s living expenses.
