Real Housewives’ Mauricio Umansky Sends Birthday Wishes to Kyle Richards Amid Split as She Vacations with Morgan Wade

Professional real estate broker Mauricio Umansky recently wished his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, a happy birthday. Umansky, CEO of The Agency, shared a throwback video on Instagram of Richards dancing on stage to Carly Rae Jepsen’s hit song “Call Me Maybe.” Richards, who celebrated her 55th birthday on Thursday, kicked off her birthday festivities with a trip to Punta Mita, Mexico, with her close friend Morgan Wade and other friends.

Umansky was noticeably absent from the birthday celebration. Photos obtained by Page Six show Richards and her friends enjoying a day at the beach in Punta Mita. Richards sported a black-and-white bikini and a straw cowboy hat, while Wade, a country musician, wore black board shorts and a white Gold’s Gym tank top.

In July, it was confirmed that Umansky and Richards had separated after 27 years of marriage. Although Umansky initially stated in September that they were spending time apart, he later recanted and said that their marriage wasn’t completely over.

Fans speculate that Richards and Wade are more than just friends, as they have been seen spending a lot of quality time together. They even have matching tattoos and jewelry. However, Richards has denied anything more than a friendship with Wade.

Despite their separation, Umansky and Richards have remained amicable for the sake of their three daughters and Richards’ oldest child from a previous marriage. Last month, the family enjoyed a ski trip together in Aspen, Colorado, for Christmas.

Umansky’s birthday message to Richards serves as a reminder that even amid a split, some couples are able to maintain a positive relationship. The future of their marriage remains uncertain, but for now, they are focused on co-parenting and celebrating special moments together.
