Season 2 of ‘Gyeongseong Creature’ Reveals First Stills, Leaving Viewers Eager for More

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – Netflix has released the first stills for the highly anticipated second season of the hit series “Gyeongseong Creature,” increasing viewers’ excitement. The first season, set in the troubled times of Spring 1945, followed the story of an entrepreneur and a sleuth battling for survival against a monster born from human greed. In Season 2, the unfinished narrative continues in modern-day Seoul in the year 2024, where Yoon Chae Ok (played by Han So Hee) encounters Ho Jae, who bears a striking resemblance to Jang Tae Sang (portrayed by Park Seo Joon).

The last episode of Season 1 concluded with a post-credit scene, where a character named Ho Jae turned around, revealing a face resembling the notorious Jang Tae Sang, the head of Geumokdang. Intrigue surrounding the scar on the back of his neck has left audiences curious about the untold story.

The newly released stills from Season 2 depict Ho Jae and Chae Ok dressed in contemporary attire, further fueling anticipation. Viewers eagerly await discovering the challenges Chae Ok will face and the nature of the relationship she will share with Ho Jae in the upcoming season.

Aside from the captivating chemistry between Park Seo Joon and Han So Hee, Bae Hyun Sung, and Lee Moo Saeng have also joined the cast. Known for their exceptional performances in previous dramas, the new actors are expected to add tension and depth to the storyline.
