Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the Bollywood movie earned ₹3.5 crore on its seventeenth day of release. Within India alone, the film has amassed ₹212.22 crore net. Furthermore, ‘Dunki’ has crossed ₹250.5 crore in gross box office collections domestically and earned ₹164 crore in the overseas market, bringing its total collection to ₹414.5 crore.
Following a strong opening day with ₹29.2 crore in net earnings, ‘Dunki’ experienced a slight drop in box office numbers. However, it bounced back with weekend collections of ₹56.31 crore. The immigration drama saw steady performance in its second week, garnering ₹46.25 crore net in India.
Notably, ‘Dunki’ has also made an impact in North America, where it achieved the impressive milestone of surpassing the $8 million mark. This makes it the third film of Shah Rukh Khan to achieve this feat in North America, following ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan.’
Reportedly, in the North American market, ‘Dunki’ collected $33,098 in gross earnings from January 6 until 12 PM. The film features a talented cast, including Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani in pivotal roles.
