Bangkok, Thailand – The highly anticipated third season of HBO’s hit series “The White Lotus” is set to begin filming in Thailand next month. The star-studded cast is expanding, with five new actors joining the ensemble. Walton Goggins, Sarah Catherine Hook, Sam Nivola, Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Aimee Lou Wood are the latest additions to the already impressive lineup.
As with previous casting announcements, specific details about their roles in the series are being kept under wraps for now. The show has already attracted renowned actors like Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, and Parker Posey, among others. Sam Nivola, fresh off his role in “Maestro,” will also be a part of the series, along with Patrick Schwarzenegger, who recently starred in Prime Video’s “The Boys” spinoff “Gen V” and Max’s “The Staircase.” BAFTA TV Award winner Aimee Lou Wood, known for her exceptional performance in “Sex Education,” completes the impressive new additions to the cast.
“The White Lotus” is the brainchild of creator, writer, and director Mike White, who has gained acclaim for his previous works. White will also serve as an executive producer alongside David Bernad and Mark Kamine.
