Travis Kelce Reveals Electric On-Field Celebration with Taylor Swift After Chiefs’ AFC Championship Win

Kansas City, Missouri – Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has shared the details of the celebratory moment on the field following his team’s victory over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship game, securing their spot in Super Bowl 2024. The ecstatic Kelce was seen engaged in a public display of affection with his girlfriend, pop star Taylor Swift, after the game. Kelce reminisced about the celebration during an episode of their podcast called “New Heights.”

Kelce described the scene, saying, “We had the whole family down on the field. We had me, mom, dad, and Taylor. Everybody was down there.” He also jokingly mentioned an iconic moment when his brother, Jason, gave his renowned “You gotta fight for your right” speech, but he felt uncomfortable saying it.

Cameras captured the tender moment when Kelce and Swift shared a kiss on the field at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, openly expressing their love for each other. Swift had been watching the game from a VIP suite alongside Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce, and her close friends Brittany Mahomes, Keleigh Sperry, and Cara Delevingne.

Jason Kelce, who plays as a veteran center on the Philadelphia Eagles, further commented on the viral moment between Chiefs coach Andy Reid and Swift. Both Reid and Swift had a history from their time in Philadelphia, and Jason noted, “That was a cool moment to see afterward.”

Reflecting on the celebration after the win, Travis mentioned that it was his first time accepting the Lamar Hunt Trophy, awarded to the AFC champions, outside of Arrowhead Stadium. He acknowledged the importance of the support from family, friends, and the teammates who he had shared the victory with.

The festivities continued on the flight back home, with the Chiefs partying for the entire two-hour journey. Travis Kelce described the electric atmosphere, saying, “We got to have an entire two-hour flight to ourselves where it was just us partying on the freaking plane back home.” The players and coaches came together to celebrate and appreciate their accomplishments for the second consecutive year, highlighting the special bond within the team.

Taylor Swift, who is currently on her Eras Tour, is expected to attend the Super Bowl at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Swift has performances scheduled in Tokyo until February 10th, just a day before Super Bowl LVIII. However, she has enough time to fly back and be present in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

The Eras Tour will take Swift to various locations around the world throughout 2024, including Australia, Singapore, Europe, and Canada. Swift’s support for Travis Kelce and the Chiefs adds excitement to the highly anticipated Super Bowl.
